1. Overview

These Terms & Conditions govern your purchase and use of Inferno EA Pro, a software Expert Advisor for MetaTrader 4 and MetaTrader 5. By completing a payment, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these terms in full.

2. Nature of Product

Inferno EA Pro is a digital software product delivered via download link. Upon successful payment verification, you will receive a license file and setup instructions. No physical goods are shipped.

3. Payment & Pricing

All prices are listed in South African Rand (ZAR) and include applicable taxes where required. Payments are made by direct EFT to our FNB or TymeBank business account. Prices are subject to change without notice, but any price paid at checkout is locked in for that transaction.

4. No-Refund Policy

All purchases are final. Once payment is made, no refunds, chargebacks, or cancellations will be issued under any circumstances.

By clicking the payment button and completing your purchase, you explicitly agree to waive any right to a refund. This policy exists because:

The product is a digital download that cannot be "returned" once delivered.
License keys are generated and activated immediately upon payment confirmation.
Intellectual property access is granted instantly and irrevocably.

If you experience technical issues, we provide lifetime support and will work with you to resolve any installation or configuration problems. Support does not entitle you to a refund.

5. License & Usage

Your purchase grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Inferno EA Pro on the platform you selected (iOS, Android, or PC). You may not resell, redistribute, reverse-engineer, or share your license with third parties. Violation will result in immediate license termination without compensation.

6. Risk Disclosure

Forex trading carries substantial risk of loss. Inferno EA Pro is a tool to assist your trading strategy; it does not guarantee profits. Past performance shown on this website or in marketing materials is not indicative of future results. Only trade with capital you can afford to lose.

7. Support

We provide lifetime technical support for licensed users. Support covers installation, configuration, and troubleshooting only. It does not include financial advice, trading strategy consultation, or guaranteed outcomes.

8. Modifications

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the product after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
