All Sales Are Final

Because Inferno EA Pro is a digital product delivered instantly via download link and license key, all purchases are non-refundable once payment is confirmed.

Why we don't offer refunds

The product is delivered as a digital download that cannot be "returned".
License keys activate immediately on successful payment.
Intellectual property access is granted instantly and irrevocably.

Technical issues

If you experience installation, configuration, or activation issues, contact support and we will help resolve them at no cost. Lifetime support is included with every license, but it does not entitle you to a refund.

Duplicate or failed payments

If you were charged twice for the same order, or your payment succeeded but no license was delivered, email Kamegelogoba9@gmail.com with your payment reference. Genuine duplicate charges are reversed within 5–10 business days.

Chargebacks

Initiating a chargeback for a legitimate purchase is a violation of these terms and will result in immediate license termination and possible legal action.
